This policy explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

What we do not do

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Newsletter

If you sign up, we store your email address and the time of signup and confirmation, so we can send you news. We use double opt-in: you only receive the newsletter after confirming by email. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.

The newsletter is sent with MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland). MailerLite records whether emails are opened and links clicked so we can see what readers find useful. Your data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Contact form and email

If you use the contact form or email us, we process your name, email and message to reply. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our inbox. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep messages only as long as needed to handle them.

Links to other sites

Links to stores such as Steam and to social networks take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To use them, email [email protected]. You may also complain to a data protection authority; in Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
